Nalgene offers returns for eligible Nalgene products requested within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Please provide the order number or other proof of purchase. Contact us before sending a return so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

Return shipping

For an eligible return, Nalgene covers return shipping and will provide the return method or a prepaid label. Do not send an item to the mailing address without return instructions.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Inspect the order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, is missing, or is not what you ordered, contact us promptly with the order information and clear photos so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

After the return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. A bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible before shipment to request a change or cancellation. We will try to help, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun or the order has shipped.
